Welcome!

Welcome to the Church of the Messiah's presence on the World Wide Web!  There is lots of information about us here, but there's nothing like meeting us in person.  We hope that you will come and join us for Sunday worship.  If you read our Welcome Statement, you will see that we welcome everyone.  We are a community who comes together to worship God, share our faith journeys and reach out in service to the community.  We are proud of being a city church and enjoy the diversity that brings to the Messiah family.

We are part of the Episcopal Church, USA, which is a member of the worldwide Anglican Communion.  We love the heritage and tradition of our Church, which are reflected in our beautiful building.  The variety of activities that we offer outside of worship, from Community Supported Agriculture to Centering Prayer, show our commitment to help each other grow, in relationships with God, each other and the surrounding neighborhoods.  And we love to eat and have fun together!

We believe that God is at work here.  Come and see!  We welcome guests at worship as well as all of our events, and are always happy to answer questions.
