Gather & Grow: Writing Workshops
Do you enjoy writing or want to try something new? St. Matthias & Church of the Messiah invites you to attend a series of FREE writing workshops held on Saturdays at 10am in our Upper Hall. The workshops will cover a variety of topics such as how to begin writing, how writing has shaped our lives and using history to inform our writing today. Please RSVP using the link below!
February 7 - See That it is Good
A generative workshop on how to begin poems and other writing led by Steven Leyva.
February 21 - A Life of Writing
A workshop on how writing has shaped our lives followed by a guided writing prompt led by Kimberly Kurth Gray.
March 7 - Writing with History
A workshop on writing for the present that engages with the past led by Morris Speller.
