Welcome to Messiah!

...the Episcopal Church in Hamilton since 1920

We invite you to participate in worship at Messiah and grow with us in the knowledge and love of God.  We hope that you will find spiritual nourishment and a special sense of community.  

The Church of the Messiah is committed to Baltimore City and the Northeast Baltimore neighborhood of Hamilton.  Our members include long-time neighborhood residents as well as people new to the area.  Some are life-long Episcopalians and others are new to our tradition.  

Our life together offers many opportunities for service to others, fellowship and spiritual growth.  Our clergy and lay leadership work closely together and people of all ages participate in our ministries.    

We are excited to have completed our Parish Profile, an important step in the search for our next Rector.  O our fifth season as a Community Supported Agriculture Pick Up Site with One Straw Farm will be starting on Monday, June 8th.  Our Open Book Group will meet on Wednesday, June 10th.  We hope you'll use the buttons on the left or click on the pictures below to find out more about us!
